TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2022 By Ahmed Twaha, of P.O. Box 56934–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samaradi Ahmed Suleiman, who died at Nairobi, on 26th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By Daud Mohamed Abdi, of P.O. Box 25949–00504, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noor Mohamed Dahir, who died at Nairobi, on 1st May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
