TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Cecilia Mbinya Kasyoki, (2) Patrick Mutua Ngei, (3) Josephine Lunde Matheka and (4) Malaika Kioko, all of P.O. Box 1030– 90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Mueke Ngei alias Mueke Ngei, who died at Nairobi, on 20th March, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
