Box 1–80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sydney Ndune Stephen, who died at C.P. Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 20th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2022 By Kenneth Munga Ndune, both of P.O. Box 129–80114, Mazeras in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndune Chonya Ndune, who died at Chang’ombe Village, on 15th September, 1990. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2022 By (1) Dzidze Mumba Mkamba and (2) Justin Mwambaji Mkamba, both of P.O. Box 124–80105, Kaloleni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mumba Mkamba Kailo, who died at Miyani Village, on 19th January, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
