TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By (1) Anna Njeri Kamau and (2) Peter Kamau Igogo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamau Igogo, who died at District Hospital, Loitoktok in Kenya, on 20th October, 1985. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2022 By Charles Maina Miano, of P.O. Box 140, Ruiru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wairimu Maina, who died at Loitokitok Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
