TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By Samwel Kipkosgey Cheres, of P.O. Box 8, Amalo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheres arap Chepukto, who died at Sitotwet, on 26th January, 1991. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By Stanley Kiprotich Tonui, of P.O. Box 27, Longisa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptonui Koske alias Kiptonui arap Koske alias Kiptonui arap Kosge, who died at Bomet East, on 15th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
