TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2022 By (1) Meshack Yogo Digo and (2) Jeyne E. A. Olweny, both of P.O. Box 1906, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorsila Awuoyo Digo, who died at Kagoch, Kapiyo, on 1st August, 1998. 9:25 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 26th August, 2022 6948 6948 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
