CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By Mutio Kyengo, of P.O. Box 124–90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Chengo Mailu alias Chengo Mailu, who died at Kithendu, on 27th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. 115 OF 2022 By Esther Mbaka Muema, of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muli Bala Ndulu, who died at Ndithini, on 25th October, 2020.
