TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Dena Gambo Dena, (2) Dena Gambo Dena, (3) Salim Gambo Dena and (4) Salim Gambo Dena, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gambo Dena Chichopo, who died at Mgumo wa Patsa, on 14th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Mwaka Bemdume Chaka, (2) Esha Pili Ali and (3) Salima Umazi Ali, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bemdume Chaka Gwaru, who died at Magombe, Mazeras, Mgumopatsa, on 14th July, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
