TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 279 OF 2022 By Philip Masiaga Okendo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedeta Akeyo alias Benedeta Akeyo Okendo, who died on 22nd October, 2015. CAUSE NO. 280 OF 2022 By Mary Achieng Agola, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Agola, who died on 22nd May, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
