TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 175 OF 2022 By Rose Khayanje Mukayagi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mukayagi alias Moses Mukayagi Ludenyo, who died at Kegoye Sub-location, on 3rd December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E209 OF 2022 By Beatrice Kaveza Afande, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okwemba Esibiso Ekhuya alias Ekwemba Esibiso Ekhuya alias Okwemba Esipisu, who died on 24th June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
