TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 85 OF 2022 By Clerk Shikali Amuhaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Amuhaya Ashikhubi alias Jacob Amuhaya, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2022 By Gladys Avoga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hudson Rujes, who died at Kitagwa Location, on 13th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. 87 OF 2022 By Joshua Onzere Shahilidza, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Garo Ishairiza alias Galo Ishiahilitsa alias Ishahiliza alias Ishahiliza, who died on 19th December, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
