TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2022 By Michael Muriithi Peter, of P.O. Box 70, Manyatta in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edith Murangi Peter, who died at Kavutiri, on 6th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2022 By Jim Kariuki Nyaga, of P.O. Box 87, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Muthoni Samuel, late of Embu, who died at Kawanjara, Embu, on 2nd December, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
