CAUSE NO. 57 OF 2021 (E39 OF 2021) By (1) Ndichu Gichiri Paul and (2) Joseph Karuru Gichiri, both of P.O. Box 471, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichiri Mbatia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 28th August, 2018.
