TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 231 OF 2022 By Geofrey Onyonka Ondieki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ondieki Omambia alias Ondieki Omambia, who died at Distrcit Hospital, Kisii in Kenya. CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2022 By (1) Joachim Nyangori Omae and (2) Polycarp Sagini Omae, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuvenalis Omae Oriku alias Omae Oriku, who died at Kisii Township Location, on 1st January, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
