TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E260 OF 2022 By Annah Kathini Kitheka, of P.O. Box 61–90203, Tulia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitheka Nene Mulumu, who died at Mithini Sub-location, on 14th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2022 By Joyce Nduma Kimanzi, of P.O. Box 100–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanza Kimanzi Mulu, who died at Kaveta Sub- location, on 12th September, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
