TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 326 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Wambui Mbugua, (2) John Ruiru Mbugua, (3) Rahab Wanjiku Mbugua and (4) Joyce Njeri Mbugua, all of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbugua Kimwere alias Samwel Mbugua Kimwere, late of Kaimbaga Location, who died at Charity Medical Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
