Box 1013–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Njoroge, late of Banana, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 1979. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kariuki Chira, late of Kiambu, who died along Thika Road, on 16th July, 2007. CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2022 By David Kiarie Maigua, of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peninah Wangui Maigua, late of Kiambu, who died at Gitiba, on 1st December, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
