Box 13, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Rajogi Obiero, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E332 OF 2022 By Dorka Auma Oyoo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Truphena Mbeka Odero alias Trufena Mbeka Odero, who died on 23rd January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E363 OF 2022 By Nicholas Okoth Mirukah, of P.O. Box 49–40132, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Miruka Akech, who died at Mayenya, on 4th May, 1989. CAUSE NO. E399 OF 2022 By (1) Anderikus Awich Okungu and (2) John Daniel Ogweno, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamasi Achola, who died on 2nd July, 1987.
