TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2022 By (1) Abdul Rashid Khan and (2) Haanee Khan, both of P.O. Box 14305–00800, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors of the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Imtiaz Khan, who died at Westlands, Nairobi, on 14th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
