CAUSE NO. E132 OF 2022 By Rose Njeri Mwathi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wanjiku Mwathi, who died at Tudor, Mombasa, on 17th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E165 OF 2022 By (1) Ethel Mzame Mrunde and (2) Evans Mbogho Mwailongo, both of P.O. Box 621–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maxwell Mwailongo Mbogo, who died at St. Joseph Shelter of Hope Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
