TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Njeri Kabiru and (2) Grace Wahu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 1638–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangeci Gitau alias Margaret Wangechi Gitau, who died at Eldoret, on 30th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2022 By (1) John Dumbi Kimani and (2) Florence Muthoni Kimani, both of P.O. Box 7032–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rusia Njeri Kimani, who died at Eldoret, on 7th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
