TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) Grace Wambui Muchiri and (2) Lucy Njoki Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 79–20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter- in-law and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuguna Muchiri Njuguna, who died at Nakuru Level V Hospital in Kenya, on 12th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Edith Wanjiru Kahare, of P.O. Box 789, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kahare Kiiru, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 5th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
