TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2017 By Fredrick Nganga Njangi, of P.O. Box 467, Githunguri in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate to the estate of Susan Wanjiru Njangi, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 12th March, 2011. CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2022 By Ndungu Njuguna, of P.O. Box 5–00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kihiu Njuguna alias Isac Kihiu, who died at Rironi, on 29th June, 1987. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2022 By (1) Agnes Wairimu Kinuthia and (2) Lucy Wariara Kinuthia Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 19650–00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinuthia Njoroge alias Peter Njoroge Kinuthia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th January, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
