REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshua Kimuai Ronoh (ID/0322813), of P.O. Box 608, Litein in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the District of Kericho, registered under title No. Kericho/Litein/2054, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period. Dated the 2nd September, 2022.
