THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (I) David Kitsao Mwaivu and (2) Ndunge Josphat Masua, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2331 hectare or thereabouts, known as plot No. Mombasa/Majaoni/2296, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under certificate of title No. C.F. 40167, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
