NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of section 5 and the first and third Schedules of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and under instructions from our client, Butterfly Properties Limited, New Horizons Industrial Park of P. O. 6856 6856 Box 46206-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, to the owner(s) of goods stored under Mini store No. 2-5 and No. 2-7 lying uncollected at the premises of Butterfly Properties Ltd, New horizons Industrial park, Hospital Road, off Kiambu Road, Ruiru Town. To take delivery of the said goods from the said premises within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all charges pertaining to the said goods including the cost of this notice, failure to which the goods will be disposed by way of public auction or private treaty without further notice or reference to the owners.
