NOTICE is given under the Transfer of Businesses Act that the business carried on by Africanhair Limited (Company Number PVT- XYU866K3) (the “Vendor”) will be transferred on or about September 01, 2022 [subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent] to Goodlife Pharmacy Limited (company number C. 114128) (the “Purchaser”), which will carry on the business. The address of the purchaser is 5th Floor, Kenrail Towers, Mkungu Close, Ring Road, Nairobi, Kenya. P.O. Box 1852–00621, Nairobi, Kenya. All money debts or liabilities due and owing by the vendor in respect of the business up to the date of transfer as set out above shall be received and paid by the vendor.
