NOTICE is given that Harveen Gadhoke of Adili Associates LLP, P.O. Box 764–00606, Nairobi, has been appointed as the administrator of Malde Holdings Limited (Under Administration), company number CPR/2011/44893 (the Company) effective the 28th July, 2022. Following the appointment, all the affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the administrator. The directors of the company no longer have any power or authority to deal with these matters. Any party having a claim against the company should submit their claim in writing, together with relevant supporting documentation and a proof of debt form, to the administrator on or before 8th September, 2022, for consideration. The administrator acts as an agent of the company and contracts without any personal liability whatsoever.
