REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lilian Wangui Ngari (deceased), of P.O. Box 199, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 19/Kiawambogo/2329, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 242 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Sarah Muthoni Siva, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Sarah Muthoni Siva, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lilian Wangui Ngari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
