REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kariuki Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, known as Tarakwa/Lainguse Block 5 (Rukuini)/119, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret, in Succession Cause No. 218 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Paul Njoroge, of P.O. Box 17, Burnt Forest in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title in the name of Paul Njoroge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kariuki Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
