APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 24 (b) of the Employment and Labour Relations Court Act, 2011, the Chief Justice appoints–– Under section 24 (b) (i)— Justice Joram Abuodha Under section 24 (b) (vii)— Lady Justice Linnet Ndolo to be members of the Employment and Labour Relations Rules Committee, for a period of five (5) years, with immediate effect. The *appointments of Justice Daniel K. Musinga and Lady Justice Linnet Ndolo are revoked. Dated the 22nd August, 2022. MARTHA K.
