THE PHYSICAL PLANNING AND LAND USE ACT

COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above part development plans were on 8th June, 2022, 24th May, 2022 and 23rd May, 2022, respectively, completed. The part development plans relate to land situated within Kainuk, Kakuma and Lodwar, Turkana County. Copies of the above part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the Director Physical Planning Office, Lodwar. The copies are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Director Physical Planning Office, Lodwar, between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing and to be received by the Director Physical Planning Office, P.O. Box 187, Lodwar, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representations or objections shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 15th July, 2022.
