IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) of the Assumption of the Office of the Governor Act, 2019, the Assumption of the Office of the Governor Committee, Machakos County notifies the public that the swearing-in ceremony of Wavinya Ndeti and Francis Mwangangi Kilonzo as the Governor and Deputy Governor, respectively, of Machakos County shall take place on Thursday, the 25th August, 2022, at Kenyatta Stadium, Machakos Town from 10.00 a.m. Dated the 17th August 2022.
