Pursuant to the provision of section 11 (1) of Assumption of Office of the Governor Act, 2019, which requires the Committee to publish, by notice in the Kenya Gazette and the County Gazette the date, time and place for the conduct of swearing-in-ceremony. It is notified to the general public that Benjamin Chesire Cheboi, Governor–elect and Charles Kimaiyo Kipng’ok Deputy Governor–elect to be sworn in on the 25th August, 2022, at ASK Show Ground, Kabarnet, from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 pm.
