DECLARATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) of the Assumption of the Office of the Governor Act, 2019 and pursuant to the declaration by the County Returning Officer on the 12th August, 2022, of the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of the County Government of Kisumu, the Assumption of Office of the Governor Committee notify for the information of the general public that the swearing-in Ceremony of Kisumu Governor-elect, Peter Anyang’ Nyong’o (Prof.) and the Deputy Governor-elect, Mathew Owili (Dr.), shall be conducted on Thursday, 25th August, 2022, at Jomo Kenyatta International Stadium, Mamboleo ASK grounds, from 10.00 a.m. in Kisumu County.
