REGULATION

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 88 (4) to the Constitution of Kenya, section 55B (1) (b) of the Elections Act, 2011 and Regulation 64A (1) (b) of the Elections (General) Regulations, 2012, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission postpones the elections stated in the eighth column of the Schedule for the elective positions scheduled to be held on 23rd August, 2022 and shall communicate vide a Gazette Notice when the said elections will be conducted.
