THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jonathan Midulia Embediku, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.6 hectare or thereabouts, known as North Maragoli/Kisatiru/625, situate in the district of Sabatia, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Hamisi in succession Cause No. 128 of 2020, has issued letters of administration in favour of Gilien Kagai Aliyo, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in favour of Gilien Kagai Aliyo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Jonathan Midulia Embediku, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
