REGISTRATION

Whereas George Njoroge Gathuru (ID/7130051), of P.O. Box 1176, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as the proprietor of the piece of land containing 40.5 hectares or thereabout known as Nakuru/Miti Mingi Scheme/35 situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas according to letter from Directorate of Criminal Investigatios, Gilgil, letter reference No. Ref DCI/SEC/GGL/4/4/VOL. V/301 of 4th July, 2022, it has been established that Samson Silong Surtan (deceased) has never transferred the land at any time to George Njoroge Gathuru as the green card reads and that according to the High Court of Kenya Succession Cause No. 1509 of 2008, the rightful heir of the parcel is the spouce and the children of Samson Silong Surtan (deceased), notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, the District Land Registrar will cancel the entries in the green card showing the transfer to the name of George Njoroge Gathuru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said George Njoroge Gathuru shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
