REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Muiruri Karanja (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/21548 (Mwariki), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Thika in succession cause No. 93 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of Rebecca Wanjiru Muiruri, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed issued in respect of Samuel Muiruri Karanja (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A.50 in the name of Rebecca Wanjiru Muiruri, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Samuel Muiruri Karanja (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
