REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Alii Nasoro, of P.O. Box 788–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0461 hectares or thereabout, known as Subdivision Number 1579 Group V, situate in the south of Kilifi township in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 52112, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
