REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Battista Orlando Chindamo, of P.O. Box 987–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee of that house No. 155, erected on that piece of land known as Portion No. 624/9, Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 32064/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
