NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th August, 2019, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 599, in Volume DI, Folio 179/1592, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Ngatia Ishmael Mukundi Macharia, formerly known as Ishmael Mukundi Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ishmael Mukundi Macharia, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ngatia Ishmael Mukundi Macharia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ngatia Ishmael Mukundi Macharia only.
