NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th May, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 201, in Volume B-13, Folio 2202/18536, File No. 1637, by our client, Patricia Kabibi, formerly known as Wa Yaa Patricia Kabibi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Wa Yaa Patricia Kabibi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Patricia Kabibi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Patricia Kabibi only.
