Notice is given pursuant to provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to owners of the following goods: 1. 4 head lights, 2 radio woofers, 2 TCL tvs, 1 tv stand, 1 Wi-Fi router. 2. 2 female dummies, 1 bag of female clothes, 1 bag of hangers. 3. 1 bag of clothes, Half bag of trousers, 4 pair of shoes, 1 table, 2 plastic chairs and 1 bag of clothe hangers. 4. 3 plastic chairs, 1 office table, 2 keyboards. 5. 1 seat connected to the sink, 6 plastic chairs, 2 speakers, assorted beauty equipments, 2 hair dryer, 3 plastic stolls, 3 black thin leather seats, rollers1/2basin, 5 flat iron, 1 fan, 1 wax warmer, flat iron holder, 2 blow dry, roller holders 2, 1 movable dryer, nail box. 6. 3 complex printing machine, 3 complete desktop. 7. 1 bag of ladies clothes, 20 hangers, 1 briefcase. 8. 1 bag of makeups. 9. 5 pairs of shoes. 10. 3 bags of dresses, 48 body corn dummies, 37 hangers, 1 female dummy, 1 half male dummy, 1 stool, 6 receipt books. 11. 1 printer, 3 computer and CPU’s, 10 chairs, 3 desks. 12. 120 plastic chairs, 10 plastic tables. 13. 2 sofa set, 2 office desk, 6 chairs, 1 printer (bonnie), 1 TV. 14. 57 photo frames, 1 printer, 1 office desk, 2 chairs, 3 box files. 15. 1 warmer, 4 plastic stools, 2 jugs, 4 trays, 7 buckets, 3 full crate, 1 plastic chair, 2 bags of plastic items. 16. 1 wheel chair, 2 stethoscope + box, 3 packs of disposable bags, 1 microscope, 1 sterilizer machine, 1 weighing scale, 2 trolleys, 4 plastic chairs, 2 beds and stands, 1 thermometer, 2 desks, 1 fan, 1 wires phone, 1 ETR machine, 1 nebulizer, 1 fetal Doppler. 17. 6 chairs, 2 alarm tables, office desk. which are lying within the premises of RNG Plaza, situated along Ronald Ngala Street, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of the publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated cost of repairs, storage charges, security and other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid goods are collected within the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction by Trade Wide Auctioneers without further notice. E.
