NOTICE is given that Salza Holdings Limited (in-liquidation), Company No. PVT-JZUGKKK in accordance with the Insolvency Act ,2015, passed a special resolution on the 20th June, 2022, to liquidate the company. All creditors of the company are notified to lodge their claims with full particulars that they may have against the company with the under-mentioned Liquidator on or before 30th June, 2022 and if so required by the Liquidator shall be required to prove the debt due to them by the company, failure to which the claim shall be excluded from any distribution by the company.
