REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Solomon Makuthi Kakui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Machakos, containing 3.116 hectares or thereabout, known as Konza North/Konza North/Block 2(Malili)/259, and whereas the Senior Resident Magistrate’s Court at Kilungu in Succession Cause No. 6 of 2018, has issued letters of administration and confirmation of grant to (1) Berta Mbeni Musyimi and (2) Phina Mwikali Musyimi, and whereas (1) Berta Mbeni Musyimi and (2) Phina Mwikali Musyimi have excecuted an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Solomon Makuthi Kakui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
