REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Konde Mabilo, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the Kilifi District, registered under title No. Ngomeni Squatter Settlement Scheme/1855, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
