REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bajaber Hauliers Limited, of P.O. Box 81519–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee from the County Council of Kilifi, of all that piece of land known as plot No. 27923, Mariakani, Kilifi, situate in Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 47101/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
