WHEREAS (1) Yasmin Namkuru Ramadhan and (2) Keth Batten, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of Subdivision Number19045/I/MN, land containing 0.0322 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality Mombasa District, registered under certificated of title C.R. No. 55923, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
