IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (l) of the Ewaso Ngiro North Development Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for East African Community and Regional Development appoints— Habat Sheikh Abdi, Ibrahim Mohamed Ali (Eng.), to be members of the Ewaso Ngiro North Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 5th August, 2022.
